Use Fisherman’s Friend - the best cough drops around! Sinuorega, a spicy nasal spray, clears the nasal passages while providing antibacterial and antiviral benefits. It is spicy! So be sure to shoot it into the nasal wall rather than directly upwards. Castor Oil pulls inflammation from an area so, for example, if you are sinus sick - put it on your sinuses and abdomen. Lastly, On Guard oil is an incredible combo of oils that are antiviral, antibacterial, and antioxidant boosting! Try it under your nose, on your sternum, or on the bottoms of your feet. For all oils, be sure to use them in a carrier oil to prevent irritation.
