Dry brushing is an easy manual way to get the lymph moving. Always brush toward your heart and brush with VERY LIGHT PRESSURE! Lastly Release oil should be applied to your sternum and above your belly button to encourage drainage! For all oils, be sure to use them in a carrier oil to prevent irritation.
